"Don't ever make a claim or they will cancel you. I was with them for 14 years never had a claim. I had a pipe burst and my HOA wouldn't cover a roof replacement fully so I had to place a claim.
One month later they canceled me. Instead of increasing my rates, I had to be stressed out looking for another Insurance agency who would take me.
Garrett Callaway and State Farm are only about making money...not helping people.
